I am a 35-year-old coach, gym owner, dad, and content creator dedicated to helping people reach the next level in their fitness journey without getting hurt or stuck in the process. I run a small CrossFit affiliate in Northern Virginia with my wife called CrossFit Verity. We have two children, ages 5 and 7, and two Saint Bernards!
